MSCAPP has two levels of membership – Members and Affiliates

Members – All State of Mississippi licensed or certified appraisers shall be eligible to be a Member.
Affiliates – Anyone interested in the goals and Mission of MSCAPP who are not eligible as a Member can join as an Affiliate Member
