For those MSCAPP member appraisers in other areas of the state, we will be making online appraisal databases available for other areas of the state such as the north, south, and east areas. These will be free to use for paid members. Appraisers from the gulf coast, and other areas of the state can use this forum to add comments, requests, and/or suggestions. We are already in discussions with providing a database for the northern part of the state.
