Just wanted to post a big Thanks You to Chuck and the education committee for the 4 Hour seminar 12/06/2011 given by Peter Christensen of Liability Insurance Administrators. The subject and information were timely and a real eye opener. The things people will try and sue us for, even if we think they have no basis in fact, is scary. Anytime we're involved in a lawsiut it costs time and money, not to mention the damage to our reputations.
I truly believe what MSCAPP is doing for its members is worth more than the cost of the annual membership. Folks, let's spread the word about MSCAPP, grow our membership, and be the voice for appraiser's not only in Mississippi, but where ever we can. Again, Chuck, Jean and all of the members of the education committee, Thanks and Merry Christmas.
